Talking about sex, sexuality, intimacy, pleasure, and our bodies isn’t always easy. Sometimes we don’t know how to bring something up, what questions to ask, or even how to put what we’re feeling into words. That’s where the Sex Deck can help.
The Sex Deck gives individuals, couples, and therapists an easy way to start conversations that might otherwise feel awkward or uncomfortable. The cards offer questions and prompts that encourage people to slow down, get curious, and explore topics around sexuality, intimacy, relationships, pleasure, and body image.
For individuals, it can be a fun way to learn more about yourself, your wants, boundaries, experiences, and relationship with your body. For couples, the cards can open conversations about desires, preferences, needs, pleasure, and connection without having to figure out where to start.
Therapists can also use the Sex Deck as a tool during sessions to help clients explore topics they may have a hard time bringing up on their own. The prompts can give clients a starting point and help create more open, honest conversations.
There are no right or wrong answers, and you don’t have to have everything figured out. The goal is simply to create a little more space for curiosity, communication, and connection one question at a time.
